University activities

At Colegio Alamos High School, in addition to academics, we seek to build character through the construction of values such as discipline, effort and resilience, preparing students to face the challenges of the present and the future.

Our specialized educational approach for boys uses teaching methods appropriate to the peculiarities of maturation, behavioral and cognitive characteristics of their sex; forming young men with academic, emotional, social and spiritualintegrity.

We know that each student has his or her own learning pace and we offer in an environment of discipline and flexibility in teaching, adjusting to the needs of each student to maximize his or her potential. Our academic objective is toprepare students to enter the university of their choice both at home and abroad.

The links we have with different universities, allow us to offer activities and university experiences in their last year of high school according to their interests, allowing them to choose between different areas such as engineering, health sciences, design, humanities and social or business sciences.

To ensure this, we have a solid vocational orientation and a close relationship with the main universities in the country.

Bilingual Education

The school is recognized for the excellent level of English of its graduates, who historically obtain an average of 585 points in TOEFL.

The writing and comprehension of English is practiced with literature and specialized topics of each subject.

The good command of English of our students allows them to function satisfactorily inside and outside the country.

Houses

We encourage healthy competition in academics and sports with a system called Houses that seeks to generate experiences of leadership, service and sense of belonging.

All students participate by being members of a House that will compete in a friendly manner with their peers and will be integrated with students from Empires and Clans of other levels.
